We began with an environmental scan, followed by extensive stakeholder consultations across the organisation. Targeted workshops with board members, researchers, staff, and community partners helped map strengths, uncover tensions, and identify key priorities.

Honouring 40+ years of heritage, we refreshed Menzies’ brand identity to reflect their deep First Nations engagement and leadership in global health. What makes this rebrand powerful is its foundation in community engagement. By prioritising First Nations’ perspectives, Menzies ensured the refreshed identity resonates deeply with the communities it serves.
